Gently rinse the nectarines in water. Peel them to remove only the skin and the minimum of flesh. Remove and discard the stone. Cut the flesh into 1cm cubes.
Place the nectarine in the steamer basket.
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Set aside the cooking juice.
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
