Mix the Cottage Cheese with a few drops of orange flower water.
Place the dried apricots in the blender bowl.
Blend the bowl content.
In a small glass, place in turn a layer of the mashed bananas, dried apricots, Cottage Cheese/orange flower mixture then a layer of petit beurre biscuit broken into crumbs.
Repeat a second time to have a tiramisu with several layers.
