    75 gr of mirabelle plums

    80 gr of apple

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel, wash and cut the apple in half and remove the pips. Then cut into small 1cm cubes.
  2. Wash the mirabelle plums, remove their stalks if necessary, then cut in half and remove the stones.
  3. Place the apple in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the mirabelle plums in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  8. Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  9. Blend the bowl content.
