Surprise Pear

Step by step recipe

1. Peel the pear. Slightly cut the base of the pear so that it can stand. Also remove a “cap” at the top and put to one side. Make a hole in the pear to remove the pips.
2. Put the chocolate in the hole and put the cap back on.
3. Place the pear in the steamer basket.
4. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
