Remove the large cauliflower leaves, remove the core keeping only the florets. Soak in water and vinegar for a few minutes. Cut the florets into small 1cm cubes.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut it into 1cm cubes.
Slide your finger over the whiting fillet to check that there are no bones and cut the whiting into small 1cm cubes.
Cut a piece of ginger, peel it, wash it and cut it into 3 round slices. Put the slices in the flavour ball.
Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
Place the cauliflower in the steamer basket.
Place the potato in the steamer basket.
Put the flavour ball in the steamer basket.
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Set aside the cooking juice.
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Place the whipping cream into the blender bowl.
Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
