Step by step recipe

  1. Place the courgettes in the steamer basket.
  2. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  3. Set aside the cooking juice.
  4. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  5. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  6. Blend the bowl content.
