Peel and wash the parsnip and potato, and cut into small 1cm cubes. Cut the veal escalope into cubes of the same size. Put the meat and vegetables in the steamer basket. Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start the cooking process. Put the food in the blending bowl and add the butter. You can give your child, from the age of 2 years, parsley “chips”, precooking them in Babycook (water level 3), then putting them to brown in the oven in a roasting tin with 1 soup spoon of olive oil, stirring them from time to time. For adults, it is delicious with an aperitif and it is a vegetable!
