L’astuce cuisine

Leg of lamb is easy to cut and some supermarkets sell slices of lamb. However, if you make lamb chops for the rest of the family, you can remove the very red part for your baby, avoiding the very fatty parts.

This recipe smells of the Maghreb! Between the candied lemon, the carrots and the lamb, it is very inspired by North Africa. It is a good way to introduce baby to different tastes and flavours. Lamb is also a meat rich in iron which he needs to ensure his growth and in particular his blood volume.
