If there is one vegetable which should be organic it is cauliflower. Renowned for its ability to absorb in its system everything that the earth has to offer, cauliflower contains, in addition, all of the products used when cultivating it. Over and above cultivation without insecticides or pesticides, it is therefore preferable that the earth it grows in be as ‘clean’ as possible. Ginger is a root with a very marked taste, but placed in a savoury ball, its flavour will be freed without disturbing baby’s taste buds.
