Peel, wash and cut the parsnips, carrots and potatoes into small 1cm cubes. Cut the chicken breast into small 1 cm cubes. Place it all in the steamer basket. Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start cooking. Put it all in the blending bowl, add the olive oil. Blend adding some of the cooking liquid until you obtain the desired consistency. Add a little hot water if there is not enough cooking liquid. Add the tarragon* and blend again.

*You can put the tarragon leaves into the steamer ball so you do not need to put the leaves directly in the preparation. They will flavour the dish without being visible.

Parsnips and carrots are in the same botanical family, but parsnips, with their slight taste of aniseed, contain more carbohydrates (sugars) than carrots. This is why, despite the small quantity of potatoes, this meal covers all a baby’s carbohydrate needs.
