Whiting is a lean fish with a very pronounced taste which baby will take to easily. The sweet taste of courgette and the semolina will lessen the fish taste. This preparation, enhanced by olive oil, is a small dish with a mixture of tastes and, thanks to the semolina, interesting textures. When the child is older, we can prepare this dish for him with bulgur wheat which has more texture. Courgette, a real summer real vegetable, provides baby with fibres which are gentle on his digestive system and which facilitate intestinal transit.
