    7.5 tsp of sesame oil

    74 Oz of spinach

    18.6 Oz of quinoa

    5.2 Oz of pollock

Step by step recipe

  1. Rinse the quinoa then put it in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Run a finger over the fish to check that there are no bones and cut into small pieces.
  4. At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
  5. Put the pollock in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the spinach in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. Put the quinoa in the blender bowl.
  11. Pour the sesame oil into the blender bowl.
  12. Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
