Aniseed Pear Compote

Step by step recipe

1. Peel, wash and cut the pear in half and remove the pips. Cut into small 1/2 inch cubes.
2. Place the star anise in a spice ball and then in the steamer basket.
3. Place the pear in the steamer basket.
4. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
5. Set aside the cooking juice.
6. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
7. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
8. Blend the bowl content.
