    4 petit beurre biscuit

    42.4 Oz of plum

    42.4 Oz of apple

    26.4 Oz of banana

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the plums well, cut them in half and remove the stones.
  2. Peel the apple and remove the core. Keep ¼ to ½ for the compote.
  3. If you feel that the child is ready to eat raw banana, do not cook it. Otherwise, peel it and cut it into round pieces.
  4. Place the plums in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the apple in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the banana in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  11. Blend the bowl content.
  12. Put the compote in a small ramekin and cover them with the Petit Brun/Petit beurre broken into crumbs.
